So proud to do our part in promoting China-Benin cooperation! Over the last few years, Genertec Xinxing has assisted Benin in its Akassato-Bohicon road rehabilitation project and in the construction of four China-Benin friendship schools. It also conducted the public lighting facility restoration project for Independence Square in Lokossa, which was handed over in November 2022, a month ahead of the 50th anniversary of the resumption of diplomatic relations between China and Benin. With China’s new foreign minister Qin Gang’s recent visit to Benin, we are committed to working with our Beninese partners to bring more benefits to residents and help promote friendly exchanges between the two countries.

Genertec CNTIC's EPC project of three hydropower stations in Samarkand, Chirchik and Tashkent of Uzbekistan were all connected to the grid at the end of 2022. They are now ready for commercial operation. The power plants will help ensure electricity supply for green growth and create more jobs in the areas, giving a boost to the development of local industries and economy.

Bravo! The Ashuganj 400 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant (East) Project, built by EPC contractor Genertec CNTIC, officially started operation on Dec 11. The power plant has increased Bangladesh’s installed power capacity and is expected to produce more than 3,300 GWh of electricity per year for 200,000 households, which will benefit about 1.2 million people. It is Genertec CNTIC’s second mega combined cycle power plant built in Bangladesh after the Ghorashal 365 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Project.
