China-Central Asia Health Industry Alliance established, with Genertec serving as director unit of the Chinese executive committee

On Nov.5, 2022, the parallel session of the fifth Hongqiao International Economic Forum on promoting industry high-quality development and building a health community of shared future for mankind and the launching ceremony of China-Central Asia Health Industry Alliance was held in National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). During the forum, participants made in-depth discussions on issues including the reform of the global governance system of public health, promoting high-quality development of healthcare industry, as well as giving play to the youth's role in the construction of national healthcare system and the sustainability of economic social development. China-Central Asia Health Industry Alliance was also established during the forum, with Genertec Meheco serving as director unit of the Chinese executive committee.

Upholding the principle of joint participation, corporate construction and common development, China-Central Asia Health Industry Alliance underlines an international cooperation mechanism that is non-governmental, non-profit and open. It is committed to promoting resource sharing and win-win cooperation among its member units, and comprehensively advancing healthcare cooperation between China and five Central Asian countries. Genertec, as a centrally-managed medical group that leads in the number of hospital beds in China and boasts full network coverage and entire industrial chains, will give full play to its core competitive advantages, take the founding of the alliance as a new starting point, and make progress together with the partners in Central Asian countries. It will make in-depth cooperation with the partners in these countries in such areas as high-quality medicines, medical apparatus and instruments, sharing of medical information, and epidemic prevention and control, and build together an international cooperation platform involving multiple aspects including enterprises, academic circle, research institutes and users, to forge the healthcare synergy of China and five Central Asian countries, and contribute to the joint construction of a global community of health for all.
