Yu Xubo, chairman ofGenertec, and Gu Jin, Vice President of Genertec, visited Mexico and Brazil to conduct an inspection of Genertec's affiliated businesses.

During the trip, they paid a visit to the Chinese Embassy in Mexico and made field visits tothe Mexican subsidiary and Brazilian subsidiary of Genertec Meheco, the Mexican subsidiary ofGenertec PTAC, as well as the Brazilian subsidiary of Neusoft Medical Systems Co., Ltd.

During the inspection tour, Yu and Gu received briefings on each company's business performance, visited long-term expatriate employees, and held discussions with frontline staff.

Yu spoke highly of the progress made by the overseas teams and put forward key expectations for future developments and achievements, such as advancing the transformation and upgrading of overseas business in a comprehensive and systematic manner; enhancing integrated operational capabilities abroad, building a high-caliber, international talent team; expanding into emerging overseas markets; strengthening compliance management of overseas operations; and enhancing the global visibility of Genertec.

During the trip,the executives also engaged in in-depth exchanges with partners including Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd.

Executives from Genertec PTAC and Genertec Meheco participated in the inspection.
